We are shipping internationally via DHL - this allows both you and us the ability to fully track your items. International delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SPEED We aim to get your package to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, with ongoing COVID disruptions causing delivery delays, it's not possible to predict how long your package will take.
At present it can take anywhere from 10-15+ working days depending on where in the world you are.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES International orders may incur custom fees and/or taxes depending on the destination country's policies. These fees must be paid by the customer receiving the delivery. If the delivery is refused, all costs and incurred fees for the return of delivery will be charged to the customer. If you're unsure on whether this applies to your country, check with your local customs office for more information.

 

WHEN WILL DELIVERIES BE SENT? All orders placed will be dispatched within 48 hours from our New Zealand warehouse.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

 

 

 RETURNS 

NEW ZEALAND

Iwi Athletica is committed to the quality of our products and we want all of our customers to be satisfied with every purchase.

We will accept the return of unworn, unwashed, faulty garments with labels attached within 14 days of the date your order was shipped.

Exchanges due to change of mind, or desire to change size or colour are only welcome if the products are in original condition, with tags in-tact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been used, washed or otherwise altered. Return freight is not covered by Iwi Athletica and will be at your own cost.

REST OF THE WORLD

We can exchange items or offer a refund for a returned item (received in perfect original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached) within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. The return and exchange freight will be at your own expense.

 

OH NO, IT'S FAULTY!

We take extreme care with our quality control during manufacturing. However, if you do receive a defective or faulty product, please take photos of the defect and email them through to us.
